Delivery is fulfilled by the Selling Partner under the confirmed reFind delivery arrangement. reFind supports the customer journey and order communication from checkout through delivery and after-sales support.
At checkout, the platform shows or confirms the delivery arrangement, applicable delivery fee and the information needed to complete delivery.
After Purchase
The Selling Partner coordinates fulfilment under the reFind confirmed delivery arrangement. reFind supports order communication and issue handling.
At Delivery
Customer must inspect the item before confirming receipt. Sign and confirm the delivery note and complete any required OTP only after inspection. Any issue should be reported to reFind Customer Service within 48 hours after delivery.
