This Privacy Policy explains how reFind Solutions LLC, operating reFind, collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal data of visitors, Buyers, authorised Selling Partner representatives and persons involved in order fulfilment. Privacy requests may be submitted to support@refindoutlet.com, identifying the enquiry as a privacy request. The identity and contact details of the legally responsible entity will be maintained on this page and updated in accordance with applicable law.
Data Collected
Data may include identity and account data; corporate and authority records; contact details; payment and settlement references; transaction, listing and delivery data; photographs and condition records; support communications; device, IP, browser, cookie and usage data; fraud, compliance and dispute records.
Purposes and Legal Bases
Subject to applicable Egyptian personal-data protection law, processing is undertaken where necessary to perform or take steps relating to transactions requested by Users, comply with legal obligations, or on another applicable lawful basis; consent is obtained where required, including for consent-based marketing. Data is processed to provide and improve the Platform, onboard sellers, complete transactions, coordinate delivery, process payment and settlement, prevent fraud, resolve complaints, meet legal obligations, protect rights and send consented marketing.
Sharing and Processors
Data may be shared only as necessary with Buyers, Selling Partners, delivery providers appointed by or acting for the Selling Partner where relevant, licensed payment providers, technology and hosting vendors, analytics or communications providers, professional advisers, insurers and competent authorities. reFind does not sell personal data.
Retention and Security
Data is retained for no longer than reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal limitation periods, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute defence. reFind applies proportionate technical and organisational controls, access restriction, vendor controls, backup and incident procedures, while recognising no system is completely secure.
User Rights
Subject to law, Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited where retention or processing is legally required.
Cross-Border Processing and Breach Response
Cross-border hosting or processing may occur only with safeguards and approvals required by law. Suspected personal-data incidents will be assessed, contained, documented and notified to authorities or affected persons within the legally required timeframe where notification is required.
