Platform Terms

Company and Platform

reFind is operated by reFind Solutions LLC, an Egyptian company registered under Commercial Register No. 61061, Tax Registration No. 783408129, with its registered office at Kamelizer Spaces Majarrah, Block 12, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Ground Floor, Office OFS-05. Customer support is staffed Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Cairo time). Requests may be submitted at any time through support@refindoutlet.com or the website contact channel; submissions outside staffed hours are reviewed during working hours. The 48-hour Buyer Protection reporting period remains measured from Confirmed Delivery Time. reFind operates a curated, web-based premium furniture outlet marketplace connecting approved professional Selling Partners with Buyers seeking eligible premium furniture and selected home categories.

Marketplace Role

reFind operates a curated premium furniture outlet marketplace. Approved professional Selling Partners provide the listed Items and remain responsible for the accuracy of their representations and for delivery under the confirmed arrangement for delivery by the Selling Partner. reFind facilitates listing review under its verification framework, discovery, transaction coordination through an authorised payment provider, customer support and dispute administration. Verification concerns listing information and disclosed condition and does not imply that reFind physically inspects every Item. Unless expressly agreed in writing, reFind does not own, manufacture or sell the listed Items; the sale is between the Buyer and the Selling Partner, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of contracting, and provide accurate, current and complete information. reFind may require identity, authority, corporate, tax, banking or beneficial-ownership evidence before activating, maintaining or settling an account. Definitions used in these Terms and Policies: “Selling Partner” means an approved professional supplier that offers Items through reFind; “Item” means a product listed by a Selling Partner; “Confirmed Delivery Time” means the time recorded in the order as delivery completed following the applicable inspection and confirmation process; “Total Due” means the total amount shown to the Buyer for payment at checkout, including applicable item, delivery, service and tax charges; “Service & Handling Fee” means the Buyer-side transaction service charge disclosed before payment, where applicable.

Binding Acceptance

A Buyer accepts the applicable Platform Terms and incorporated policies through the relevant online acceptance or transaction process, in accordance with applicable law.

Listings and Seller Representations

Only approved professional Selling Partners may submit eligible premium outlet inventory for listing. Each Selling Partner warrants its title to, or authority to sell, each Item and must accurately disclose the brand, dimensions, materials, price, availability, applicable condition grade (A+, A or B), photographs, known defects, display or handling observations, missing components and other material limitations. Outlet stock may include boxed, discontinued, cancelled-order or showroom-display Items and must not automatically be characterised as previously owned or used. reFind may reject, suspend or remove non-compliant listings under its approved standards and applicable law.

Transaction and Payment Flow

The Buyer pays the Item price, delivery charge and any disclosed Buyer-side Service & Handling Fee through the approved payment process provided by an authorised payment service provider. reFind does not operate as a bank, wallet or payment-service provider.

Buyer Protection and Acceptance

The Buyer must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Item upon delivery, before signing an acceptance record or completing any required delivery OTP. The inspection record must identify any visible exception or justified refusal and must not be construed as a waiver of mandatory rights concerning hidden defects or statutory remedies. For reFind's operational Buyer Protection process, the 48-hour issue-reporting period begins at the Confirmed Delivery Time recorded following inspection and delivery confirmation. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery and Condition Verification

Delivery is fulfilled by the Selling Partner under the confirmed reFind delivery arrangement. reFind supports the customer journey and order communication but is not the carrier, custodian, installer or insurer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The Selling Partner remains responsible for delivery performance and the required delivery evidence. Responsibility for any issue is determined by the listing record, delivery evidence, customer evidence, fault and applicable law.

Buyer Service, Taxes and Refund Adjustments

Where a Buyer-side Service & Handling Fee applies, its amount in Egyptian pounds is disclosed before payment. VAT and other applicable taxes are applied as required by Egyptian law and the approved tax treatment. Any refund or transaction adjustment affecting the Buyer is processed in accordance with the applicable Terms and Policies and mandatory law.

Off-Platform Circumvention

Users must not use introductions, listings, transaction information or contact details obtained through reFind to divert a Platform-initiated transaction, avoid applicable Platform payments or controls, or solicit unauthorised off-platform sales. This restriction does not prevent communications reasonably necessary for an approved order, including Selling Partner delivery coordination, inspection, justified refusal documentation and authorised after-sales support. Information received for fulfilment may not be reused for unrelated marketing without the legally required permission. Any enforcement action remains subject to the governing terms and applicable law.

Intellectual Property and Content Licence

All rights in the reFind name, logo, platform, software, designs, databases and original content belong to reFind or its licensors. A Seller grants reFind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence during and after the listing period to host, reproduce, adapt and use listing photographs, descriptions and brand assets for Platform operation, transaction fulfilment, promotion, recordkeeping and dispute evidence, subject to law.

Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, reFind is not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Each User is responsible for losses arising from that User's breach, fraud, unlawful conduct, inaccurate information, defective listing, misuse of the Platform or infringement of third-party rights, and must indemnify reFind to the extent legally enforceable.

Suspension, Termination and Enforcement

reFind may warn, remove listings, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, pause settlement, cancel transactions or report conduct where reasonably required to protect users, comply with law, investigate fraud or enforce these Terms and Policies. Severe violations may result in immediate permanent termination without prior graduated warning.

Force Majeure

reFind is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, public emergencies, war, civil disturbance, government action, internet or power outage, banking disruption or third-party provider failure. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration, subject to mandatory law and reasonable mitigation.

Governing Law, Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Mandatory consumer, data-protection, cybercrime, tax and commercial rights remain preserved. Competent Egyptian authorities and courts have jurisdiction unless a mandatory alternative mechanism applies. In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing

reFind does not accept cash and does not hold, transmit or convert funds on its own account; all payments are processed exclusively through a licensed, regulated payment service provider under its own AML/CTF obligations. reFind cooperates with its licensed payment provider and competent Egyptian authorities on customer due diligence, source-of-funds enquiries, suspicious-transaction reporting and any large-transaction monitoring required by applicable Egyptian anti-money laundering law. reFind may request additional identity, corporate, beneficial-ownership or source-of-funds information from any User where reasonably required, and may suspend or delay a transaction or settlement pending verification.

Buyer Delivery and Logistics Policy

Approved Delivery Model

Delivery is fulfilled by the Selling Partner under the confirmed reFind delivery arrangement. The delivery fee, delivery information and applicable requirements are shown or confirmed before purchase. The Selling Partner coordinates fulfilment and remains responsible for the delivery service it provides or arranges. reFind supports order communication, issue handling and the customer-service process.

Buyer Access Duties

The Buyer must provide a complete address and ensure parking, building access, doors, corridors, stairs, elevators and receiving space are suitable. Additional labour, waiting, rescheduling, lifting or return costs caused by access limitations are borne by the Buyer unless pre-approved otherwise.

Assembly, Disassembly and Inside-Property Movement

Where an Item is fulfilled through Selling Partner delivery, the Selling Partner is responsible for preparing the correct Item in its disclosed condition, arranging suitable handling and packaging where required, and making it available for delivery under the confirmed order. reFind does not operate a collection warehouse or take physical custody under the standard model of delivery by the Selling Partner. Any disassembly, assembly or inside-property movement is included only if expressly quoted and accepted; responsibility for resulting damage is determined by the agreed scope, evidence and applicable law.

Delivery Evidence

Required delivery evidence must be linked to the order and sufficient to confirm delivery status and support issue resolution. This may include delivery date/time, customer confirmation or signature, required OTP confirmation, item photographs after delivery and a refusal record where applicable.

Failed Delivery and Refusal

If delivery fails because of Buyer absence, inaccurate details, access constraints, size/access incompatibility or non-eligible refusal, the Buyer may bear applicable delivery, waiting, rescheduling or return costs where lawfully disclosed and chargeable. Seller-caused failure is allocated to the Selling Partner. Failure caused by a delivery provider appointed by the Selling Partner is handled through the Selling Partner and the applicable arrangement.

Damage Allocation

Responsibility is determined from the approved listing record, delivery evidence, customer evidence and the point at which the issue first appears. The Selling Partner is responsible for pre-delivery condition, preparation and the delivery service it provides or arranges; the Buyer is responsible for damage caused after accepted delivery. reFind allocates responsibility according to the evidence and applicable law.

Fees and Charges Policy

Pricing Transparency

Before the Buyer confirms payment, the checkout must disclose the applicable Item price, delivery fee, Service & Handling Fee where applicable, VAT information presented under the approved tax treatment, and the Total Due. Any separate service described as optional must genuinely be elective; an applicable mandatory Service & Handling Fee must not be described as optional. No Selling Partner may impose undisclosed charges or request payment outside the approved Platform checkout, subject to applicable law.

VAT and Taxes

Applicable VAT and other taxes are determined under Egyptian law and the approved tax treatment. Before payment, the Buyer is informed of the Item price, delivery charge, applicable Service & Handling Fee, VAT information where separately shown and the Total Due. Transaction documents, including any invoice or receipt, must reflect the required tax treatment. Each Selling Partner's own tax registration, filing and invoicing obligations remain governed by law and its signed commercial documentation, and do not alter the Buyer's displayed payment total.

Delivery and Handling Charges

Before payment, the Buyer is shown the applicable Item price, delivery charge, Service & Handling Fee where applicable, VAT information where separately displayed under the approved tax treatment, and the Total Due. The Service & Handling Fee, when applicable, is a disclosed transaction charge and is not presented as an optional add-on. Delivery is fulfilled by the Selling Partner under the confirmed delivery arrangement. No Selling Partner may demand an undisclosed fee or off-platform payment.

Fee Changes

reFind may change future fees by prior notice. Changes do not retroactively alter completed transactions unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Acceptable Use Policy

Lawful and Honest Use

Users must act lawfully, honestly and respectfully and must not misuse listings, communications, payment, delivery, claims, reviews, identity, promotions or account features.

Prohibited Items and Content

The Platform accepts listings only from approved professional Selling Partners and only for premium outlet furniture and other home categories expressly approved by reFind. Items that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, recalled, infringe third-party rights or are materially misdescribed are prohibited, as are categories excluded under the current listing standards. Users must not upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited digital content in connection with any listing, account or communication. reFind may remove non-compliant products or content in accordance with the governing terms and applicable law.

Fraud and Manipulation

False identity, fake listings, fabricated claims, collusion, review manipulation, payment abuse, account sharing, duplicate accounts, unauthorised scraping, malware, hacking and interference with Platform systems are prohibited.

Circumvention and Contact Misuse

Buyers and Selling Partners may exchange contact or delivery information only to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil an approved Platform order, coordinate delivery by the Selling Partner, document inspection or refusal, or provide authorised after-sales support. Neither party may use that information to divert a Platform-originated transaction, arrange unauthorised direct sales, bypass Platform payment or protections, or solicit unrelated business. Unrelated marketing using another person's data requires the permission or lawful basis applicable under data-protection law.

Enforcement

Enforcement may include education, warning, content removal, transaction cancellation, feature restriction, temporary suspension, permanent ban, settlement hold, fee recovery, evidence preservation and reporting to authorities. reFind may escalate immediately for severe conduct.

Complaint and Dispute Resolution Policy

Complaint Channels

Complaints must be submitted through the approved reFind support channel with order or account reference, issue description, requested outcome and supporting evidence. Emergency fraud or safety concerns should be clearly marked.

Acknowledgement and Triage

reFind will acknowledge complaints through its approved, monitored support channel, record a case reference, classify the matter and communicate the next step. Published acknowledgement or resolution times apply only where an operational SLA has been formally approved and made available to users. The case is routed as appropriate for Buyer Protection, fulfilment, payment, privacy or legal escalation, with evidence and communications recorded.

Evidence and Cooperation

All parties must respond promptly and provide requested documents, photographs, communications, invoices, delivery records or identity evidence. Failure to cooperate may affect the decision where legally permissible.

Decision and Escalation

reFind issues an evidence-based platform decision and may propose refund, repair, credit, cost allocation, corrective action or rejection. A User may request one internal escalation within the stated period by identifying a material error or new evidence.

External Rights

Internal handling does not remove any mandatory right to approach the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency, data-protection authority, other competent regulator or Egyptian courts.

Records and Confidentiality

Complaint records may be retained for operations, accounting, fraud prevention, legal defence and service improvement. Information is shared only with persons who need it to investigate, decide or comply with law.
